FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How Does 1:1 Christian Life Coaching Actually Work?

Six months. Twelve calls. One transformed life. That’s the shape of it — but here’s what actually happens inside that container, from application to your last session.

Step 1: You apply

There’s no discovery call, no sales pitch over Zoom. Instead, a fourteen-question application — real questions, answered honestly — is the whole first step. I personally read every single application. You’ll hear back from me either way, whether that’s a yes or a gentle no.

Step 2: Your personalized roadmap

Once you’re accepted, I build a Biblical Self Mastery™ roadmap around your actual story — not a generic curriculum applied to everyone the same way. The work moves through four arc destinations: Identity, Freedom, Purpose, Wholeness. Each phase builds on the last; you don’t skip straight to “purpose” while identity is still unsteady underneath it.

Step 3: Twelve private sessions, six months

Sixty minutes, one-on-one, every session. This isn’t a course you move through alone — it’s real-time work, adjusted to what’s actually coming up for you week to week, woven through with faith, neuroscience, and natural support.

Step 4: The work between calls

Transformation doesn’t happen only during the hour on the call. Between sessions, you’re applying what surfaces — practicing the awareness, the Scripture, the nervous-system tools — so each new session builds on real movement, not just more talking.

Why six months, not six weeks

Cycles you’ve carried for years — overthinking, people-pleasing, guilt, staying small — don’t unwind in a handful of sessions. Six months is enough time for the identity work to move past insight into something that actually holds once the container ends.

Is it confidential?

Yes — 1:1 coaching is private and confidential between us.

What if I’m not ready yet?

That’s honest, and it’s okay. The application isn’t a trap — if it’s not the right season, I’ll tell you that too.
